YAY!

hello everyone! ben and I closed on our construction loan last wednesday! we are so excited :) ben worked extremely hard last week cutting down corn (that was taller than him) and bush hogging.. we got the land pretty clear and put in our driveway! it's prettly long and i cant believe how expensive tiny little rocks are!
The 2nd picture is where the house will actually be built, and the last one is our front yard. The other is the driveway right before we laid gravel..

happy 3rd anniversary!

ben and i celebrated our 3rd anniversary a couple weeks ago........ben got me flowers and cooked a wonderful meal...and last weekend we got to go to st. petersburg FL for 5 days :) we had a good time just being lazy, sleeping in, laying on the beach, reading, and going out to eat.

whitney flew into nashville sunday and just left this afternoon :( we had a girls night last night and went to evansville out to eat... i am begging whitney and steven to move to madisonville when they get married! (that is a picture of her ring!!)

1 year already!

Hello! Can you believe I have already worked in the OR for a year now! It has really flown by, and I have learned soooooo much! I enjoy my job the majority of the time, and am very thankful for that! I do still wish I could have lots of babies and stay home forever! haha. But I also love the paycheck that comes with working 40 hours a week! I even got a $0.70/hr raise and $1,000 bonus! Ben and I have been able to save plenty of money for a downpayment on our house......(we are still in the process of working with the bank for our construction loan)......But we and the builder are anxious to get the ball rolling with starting ASAP! If everything goes as we hope we will try our hardest to be moved in by December 1, so we can take advantage of the $8000 new homeowner tax credit.

Anyways! We named our new precious puppy Juno and I already love him so much! He is doing well with going potty outside, but still has accidents. Him and Lola get along and it's funny watching them play! He will stay quite a but smaller than Lola. He should only be 6lbs. full grown (lola weighs around 13lbs.)

We are still trying to get preggo although no luck yet! :( We have been trying for almost a year....I try not to get disappointed, I know God will let it happen when it's meant to be, but I never thought it would take this long...so keep us in your prayers!

I talked ben into letting me a new puppy, lola needed a friend! he has no name yet but he is half yorkie and half poodle...and the cutest thing ever!
